The check-in chap was ruder than a seagull at a picnic, and I wouldn't let my kids near the bathroom; yikes!

I recently stayed at Sea Bay for a few nights. First off, the location is fantastic, super close to the beach and restaurants. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice view from the balcony that I loved. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made me feel welcomed. However, the room had some issues. The coffee maker was a single pod model, and the coffee provided was not great. On our last day, housekeeping did not show up at all, leaving us without fresh towels. Also, the noise from slamming doors and other guests in the hall kept waking me up at night. For a hotel that's supposed to have a pool, it was surprisingly small and crowded, especially with families. So, while I enjoyed the location and the friendly staff, the noise and housekeeping issues brought my experience down a notch.

The tiled floors at the entrance and bathroom seemed unclean upon arrival, and we soon faced an ant infestation in our third-floor room. After relocating, we found the lights in the new room nonfunctional, and I noticed mold on the ceiling. On a positive note, the location was great, and the aged USDA prime steaks served were excellent.
